Ingredients

British Pork (70%), Water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Wheat Starch, Salt, Rice Flour, White Pepper, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite; Emulsifier: Tri Sodium Diphosphates; Spice Extracts, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Colour: Carmines.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of a fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and the Use By date shown on the front of pack. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before the Use By date and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and use within 1 day. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines

Remove all packaging.

To Grill: Place the sausedges under a preheated medium grill and cook for 10 - 12 minutes, turning occasionally through cooking.

To Fry: Pre-heat a lightly oiled frying pan, add the sausedges and fry over a medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Ensure sausedges are thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
