SAUSEDGE, the new square pork sausage, gets UK wide listings.

SAUSEDGE, a new brand for our square sausage, has been tested in supermarkets across England and Wales.

SAUSEDGE is a different product from traditional Scottish ‘square sausages’ that are usually beef based. SAUSEDGE is 70% British pork and was developed by ‘We hae meat’ in a bid to introduce customers across the UK to a Scottish favourite.

Alex Paton (Director) said: “We came up with the new brand name SAUSEDGE and tweaked our square sausage recipe for those who prefer pork based sausages.”  SAUSEDGE has a great eating quality and texture due to it being moulded into blocks in the traditional Scottish way and not pressed like a burger.
