LAMB DONER SLICES - Lamb Doner Slices with Chilli Sauce

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Remove film lid. Place the sauce sachet into a mug and pour over boiling water to cover. Allow the sachet to stand in the boiling water for 30 seconds before carefully removing and setting to one side while the doner meat is heated as follows:
Microwave (900W): Heat doner slices on full power for 2 mins. Pour over sauce and heat for a further 30 seconds. Allow to rest for 30 seconds before serving.
Pan Fry: Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat, add doner slices and fry for 2-3 mins on each side. Remove from heat and pour over sauce from sachet, heat for a further 2 mins.
Grill: Spread slices over a dry, non-stick grill pan and grill at a moderate heat for 3-4 mins on each side. Remove from grill and pour over sauce from sachet, heat for a further 2 mins.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
