BEEF OLIVES WITH GRAVY - Sliced beef with a savoury beef sausage meat filling and a sachet of gravy.

INGREDIENTS: Beef Olives (78%): Beef Sausage Meat Filling (60%) BEEF FLANK (69%), Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Water, Wheat Starch, Salt, Dextrose, White Pepper, Spice & Herb Extracts, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Colour: Carmines], Outer Wrap (40%)[Beef (100%)], Gravy (22%): Water, Roasted Vegetables (Onion, Red Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato, Garlic Puree, Thyme, Salt, Black Pepper), Red Wine, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Carrot, Tomato Paste, Vegetable Stock, Corn Flour, Vegetable Bouillons, Colour: Plain Caramel; Thyme.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To oven cook from Chilled: Remove film lid and set gravy sachet to one side. Add approx. 50ml of boiling water to the tray of olives, cover with foil and cook in the centre of a preheated oven (190oC / Fan 170oC / Gas 5) for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and add the gravy to the tray, stirring it around the olives. Re-cover with foil and return to the oven for a further 5-10 minutes until the gravy is heated through. Check food is piping hot. As all cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.
